Drawing near

1. Draw Near don’t drift

Psalms 65:4 Blessed is the man You choose, and cause to approach You, that he may dwell in your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of your house, of your holy temple.

2. Move from condemnation to Conviction

John 16:8 and when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment of sin.

3. Don’t Conceal but Confess your Wrong

Psalms 32:3-5 When I kept silent, my bones grew old through my groaning all day long. For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my vitality was turned into the drought of summer.

4. Walk in His Grace

Titus 2:11 For the grace off God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age

1 Timothy 4:7 Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives tales. Instead, train yourself to be godly.

5. Feed on the Word

John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words (Rhema) that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

Ephesians 5:26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word (Rhema).
