Owen McManus, Jr. is the Bishop and lead Pastor at City Church of New Orleans, an energetic, multi-campus church. Since Hurricane Katrina, church membership has grown from 21 people to over 5,000 people at its main campus in New Orleans East.
The dream that has motivated Bishop McManus, Jr. for over 30 years in ministry has been to lead a church that matters. That is a church that makes a significant spiritual impact on its city’s well being through reaching the next generation, strengthening marriages and family, demonstrating the supernatural power of God to save, heal and set free.
Bishop McManus Jr.'s ministry has its reach around the globe planting churches, building schools, producing feature length films and preaching to thousands at evangelistic crusades.
Signs and wonders have validated this apostolic ministry with miracles of every kind including the raising of his eldest daughter Ali from the dead by the grace of God.
In 2006, he and his wife, Tammy, founded International Bible College with a vision to raise up spiritual sons and daughters who impact the world by heeding the call of God in their lives, careers and ministries.
Bishop McManus Jr. is a committed, loving husband and father of four Alexandra, Brooke, Liam and Olivia.
